Install guide
Add Praycer to your home screen.
Praycer is a web app, so there’s nothing to download from a store. Add it once and it opens full screen like any app, and your walk reminders can reach you.
- Open Praycer in SafariTap Become a tester from Safari. It has to be Safari, not Chrome or the in-app browser inside Instagram or WhatsApp.
- Tap the Share buttonIt’s the square with an arrow, at the bottom of the screen (or top-right on iPad).
- Choose “Add to Home Screen”Scroll down the list if you can’t see it. Make sure “Open as Web App” is on if you’re shown that option.
- Tap Add, then open Praycer from your home screenSign up or log in there. That’s the one to use from now on.
Want walk reminders? On iPhone, reminders only work once Praycer is on your home screen and you’ve allowed notifications when it asks. You’ll need iOS 16.4 or newer.
- Open Praycer in ChromeTap Become a tester from Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menuTop-right of the screen.
- Tap “Install app”Some phones say “Add to Home screen” instead. Both do the same thing.
- Tap Install, then open Praycer from your home screenSign up or log in there. Allow notifications when asked if you’d like walk reminders.
Using Samsung Internet or Firefox? The menu looks a little different, but you’ll find “Add to Home screen” or “Install” in it. If you get stuck, Chrome works every time.
